Copytrading

What is the CopyTrading service?

The CopyTrading service is a feature that will allow you to receive automated signals from a Signal Provider (a successful trader, for example) and copy them into your favorite broker/s account/s, with your desired amounts and risk parameters.

Signal providers use their own strategies, and will operate manually or automatically with their respective indicators and configurations.

Their trades will be copied and pasted into your account automatically, while you have a coffee, sleep or work.

In just three simple steps you can start enjoying the full spectre of the CopyTrading service:

  1. You send a subscription request to the signal provider you choose.
  2. You wait for the approval of your subscription request by the provider.
  3. If the request is approved, their  trades will be copied and executed in your broker/s account/s.

To enter the history you must select the provider and give button 12.

Provider Filter

You will be able to filter the list based on different configurable parameters of interest, in order to display in the list only the providers that fulfill your requirements.

Subscribe to a signal provider

To start receiving signals within the CopyTrading service you should only subscribe to your favorite signal providers. Below you can see how to do it:

  1. Sign in  / Create suscriber account.

To begin, you must click on the “Subscriber Account” button in the lower right corner of the platform, under the “Receive signals” tab.

Once you do this, the Subscriber Account window will open, where you will have the option to Log in to your account or create one.

  • If you already have a Subscriber account, you only have to enter your log-in data
  • If you do not have a Subscriber account yet, you must fill in the four fields. It is very important that in the ‘Email’ field put a valid email address, since you will get a verification code to it.

Once all the fields are filled out, you must click on “OK” and if all the information is valid, your Subscriber account will be created.

2. Once you sign in to your Subscriber account, you should send the subscription request to the provider (s) you choose.

To do this, you must first select the Provider from the list of Public Providers, click on the name of the provider, and secondly, send the request by clicking on the Subscribe button (+ green) to the right of the section of CopyTrading.

3. When you send the request to your Provider, a window will open where you should configure some parameters of the signals you will receive:

  • Trade amount: With this parameter you must decide the amount of each operation that will be placed in your account, coming from the signals of your Provider. You can choose between Fixed amount (all transactions will be of the same amount, for example 1 USD) or percentage % of the balance (the amount of each operation will be calculated based on a certain percentage of the total balance of your account, with the possibility of establishing a minimum amount)
  • Martingale: With this parameter you must decide if you are going to copy the trades of your Provider as it is with your Martingale strategy (increase the amount per operation after a lost operation) or if you are going to override the settings of your supplier’s Martingale and customize them to your needs. In case you want to leave the Martingale strategy as your Supplier, you should not change anything. If you want to override them, you must click on “Overwrite provider settings” and customize it.

To learn everything about the Martingale functionalities, click here

Once you finish configuring these parameters, click the “OK” button

4. The last step will be to deposit funds in your Subscriber account, in order to use the CopyTrading service in your account, with real money. To operate with practice money, you do not need to add funds, but if you want to trade with real money, this is mandatory. If your account has no funds, you will not be able to use the service.

Once deposited, these funds will appear as “Available.” As you generate profits with the CopyTrading service, your funds will be retained, corresponding to the profit share (commissions) that you must pay to your providers.

The payment to suppliers is done at the end of each calendar month automatically.

To deposit funds, you must go to the lower right corner of the “Receive signals” tab:

A. Deposit: To add funds to your account, you must click on the “Deposit” button and choose between the wallets: Payeer and AdvCash. Once one option has been selected, you will be redirected to the website of the corresponding wallet, where you will proceed to make your deposit. Once finalized, these funds will be listed as “Available.”

B. Withdraw: In the same way that you can add funds to your Subscriber account, you can withdraw them at any time you wish. As with deposits, withdrawals can be made to your accounts with Payeer and AdvCash wallets. To achieve this, you only have to click on the “Withdraw” button and you will be redirected to the website of your chosen wallet, where you can finish the process.

C. Available: Here you will see your available balance in your Subscriber account, from which the platform will retain funds as you generate profits with the CopyTrading service, to be paid at the end of the calendar month, in concept of profit share (commissions), to your Signal Providers.

D. Locked: Here you will see your retained balance in your Subscriber account. This amount will correspond to the commissions payable to your signal providers at the end of each calendar month. Once the month is over, these funds will be automatically subtracted from your account.

Ready! Now we just have to wait for the supplier to approve your request.
